Member prices are a price list on the wine. The till reads that list. So does the shop. A Champions pour is the same number in both places.
03
Each location has its own count. The tasting room shows what is actually there to sell. The cellar keeps its own. Available means available.
04
A tasting does not finish in one pass. Park the sale, pour the next flight, and bring the ticket back with the lines, the person, and the note still on it.
05
Take cash with the change counted, or a card. A trade account pays the price on their list, and the sale stays on the terms you agreed. A percent off, or a promotion code, applies before you charge.
06
Cellar door is a channel, not a side book. The order lands on the same customer as the online case, the allocation, the trade account, and the table tonight.
01At the counter
The register is built for a room where people taste, wander, and come back to the wood. Search by the wine. Filter by style. Add a custom line when the pour is a glass, a tasting fee, or something that is not a bottle.

The catalogue is one catalogue. A bottle you ring up is a bottle the website is selling, from the stock you have. When the allocation has reserved a case, that quantity is not sitting on the till as if it were free.
