Which plan is this estate on?
The plan follows paid sales in the month. Up to $1,000 is Starter, and the fee is $0. Above $1,000, up to $50,000, is Cellar at 1%. Above $50,000, up to $300,000, is Range at 0.75%. Above $300,000 is Estate at 0.5%. One rate applies to the whole month. A month of $1,000 stays free. A month of $1,001 is 1% of the full amount.
What is different between the plans?
The rate. Starter is free. Cellar is 1% of paid sales. Range is 0.75%. Estate is 0.5%. The platform is the same on each: the till, the shop, trade, the club, bookings, inventory, orders, and the customer.
Is sign-up free?
Yes. There is no subscription. Starter months stay at $0. You still accept the schedule and save a billing method before the shop or the till can take a sale, so a later month can be charged if it goes above $1,000.
What does the rate apply to?
Paid sales in the calendar month, Sydney time. A case at the cellar door, an order on the shop, a trade order once it is marked paid, a phone order, and a club shipment. Refunds reduce the month they happen in. The rate includes GST. When the fee is above zero, the tax invoice shows the GST inside the fee.
When is the fee charged?
On the 1st, from the previous month’s paid sales. A Starter month is recorded at $0 and is not charged. A month with no sales creates no charge.
Is there a fixed term?
No. There is no contract length. The rate is the agreement, and it moves with the month’s paid sales.
Do I need someone to build the shop first?
No. The shop has a visual builder, pages, and the catalogue you already sell at the door. You can open it yourself, then publish when the estate is ready.
